Enables or disables alert sounds in case of warnings of Windows or
Windows applications within remote sessions.
Activates or deactivates the ICA acceleration for the THINTUNE.
If the option backing store is activated, the cache of the X-server can
be used by the ICA client in order to ameliorate performance
drastically.
Server redraw is also a function of the x-server which uses the
intelligence of the x-server in order to draw bitmaps (for instance when
moving windows) without slowing down the NT server or the network.

This option is to be selected if you want smart card logon capabilities
