Expand Drivers -> Altos R720 -> Graphics adapters -> ATI ES1000, select

Follow the instruction to install the VGA driver and reboot the server

Microsoft Scalable Networking Pack Installation

You can find the Microsoft Scalable Networking Pack for Windows Server 2003
in the Microsoft website:

Download the SNP from Microsoft website.
