Using the Directory

You can store up to 30 frequently-
called names and numbers in the
Directory. When someone who is in
your Directory calls, that person's
name and number appear on the
display as you entered it into the
Directory.
Note: You must subscribe to Caller
ID service, available from your local
telephone company.
All Directory items are sorted
alphabetically by the first word. If
you want your Directory sorted by
last name, enter the last name first.
You can enter a name if you want.
If you don't enter a name, the item
is sorted by number. All number
items are sorted numerically at the
beginning of the Directory listing.
When you are viewing items in the
Directory, the list is circular. This
means you can keep moving in one
direction and come around to the
beginning again.
