Slide the battery out of the bay.

Slide a recharged battery into the bay until it snaps into place.

Slide the battery lock to the locked position.

Installing a multibay battery

Your convertible notebook's modular bay accepts a multibay battery.
The multibay battery charges when the convertible notebook is
connected to AC power.
