Alignment and Troubleshooting
1. Develop roller
being almost empty.
2. Ambient temperature
is below than 10 .
3. Bad contact
caused by the toner stains
in the HVPS.
4. Abnormal output
from the HVPS.
Check if the Toner Save mode is off.
Check if the density is light.
No 1 : Replace the toner cartridge
and try to print out.
No 2 : Instruct the customer that the
machine has to be at average room
temperate in order to produce good
copy quality.
No3 : Clean any contaminated
terminals.
Replace the HVPS if the problems
any contaminated terminals.
not solved by the above four
instructions.
