4. Disconnect all cables and extract the ones from the right side
and bottom of the cage.
5. Remove the four screws on the face of the card (D) and three
screws on the back holding the USB and parallel port
connectors (E).
6. Remove the card by rotating the front of the controller card from
the cage and sliding the card to the right.
