10.1.3.Remote Administration

The Remote Administration settings available from AVG Admin Console contain
some additional settings (in comparison to station settings).
The settings include:
Synchronize configuration every - choose the automatic interval for

synchronization (station will try to synchronize every selected period - i.e.
will try to find out if anything new is available and transfer changes only).
Retrieve messages from server every - choose how often you wish the
·
requests invoked from AVG Admin Console to be retrieved from the server.
Synchronize firewall settings - If you do not require Firewall settings
·
synchronization, we recommend to switch it off to reduce the data flow and
ease the network traffic.
Synchronize Alert Manager settings - If you do not require Alert Manager
·
settings synchronization, we recommend to switch it off to reduce the data
flow and ease the network traffic.
