Click the OK button to begin printing.
When the procedure is complete, the Multifunction Desktop will launch if it is not
already open, and the document you have "printed" there will be available for use
with the Annotation Tools.
This feature is very useful for converting files originating from different
applications into one common format, to be acted upon by a common set of
commands, and to be stored and filed together.
Note: A maximum of 99 pages can be stored in a single document stack. When
you print more than 99 pages to the Multifunction Desktop, all pages from
100 on will be made into separate stacks of 99 pages each.
