1. The voice delay happened on Wellgate 2644 when all 4 FXO ports are routed to FXS port and talking
simultaneously.
2. Filter the very short ring indicator for FXO port to avoid the fake ring signal event.
3. For 2644, when the FXO incoming call is routed to VOIP and FXS is using FXO for outgoing fax, the
FXS cannot do fax any more after FXO had a success T.38 transmission.
