Bug Fixed

1. Fixed the DHCP renew failure.
2. Fixed a potential problem on detecting the FXS on hook event which might because
the FXS is still in off hook state.
3. Fixed a potential problem on detecting ringing event.
4. Fixed the t.38 fax failure when 26xx is setting behind NAT.
5. Fixed the AP crash when receive an invalided SDP content.

Feature and Function Added

1. Added watchdog feature to improve the system stability.
2. Improve VOIP and Data processing priority to ensure the VOIP can get highest priority
to be processed.
