Note
This is the first release of FXO-08, If you got FXO-08 sample before this release,
please follow the procedure shown below to upgrade the firmware.
Firmware updated procedure:
The Boot code and POST code of FXO-08 for the new version have been changed, and this version
added IVR files. You must use Telnet (command line interface) to upgrade the new firmware. Don't
try to use WEB (HTTP) interface, it will make your FXO-08 crashed.
1. You will need a TFTP client/server software installed on the PC to perform the firmware update, you
can download this software from the following URL:
http://www.welltech.com/support/voip/TFTP/TFTP_Server.zip
If you already have a TFTP or FTP server in place, please disregard this step.
2. Change the IP address of your PC to 192.168.123.1
3. Connect your PC with the LAN port of FXO-08.
4. Execute your TFTP server and select the file path, then please follow the instructions explained below
to update the FXO-08 firmware.
