Description
All received messages are
stored in memory and are
not automatically printed.
Transfers received mes-
sages to a registered re-
ceiver (forwarding
destination).
Allows you to change the
function settings to meet
your needs.
Allows you to print and
check User Parameter set-
tings.
Personal Code is used for
Restricted Access. When
turn the Restricted Access
on, users must enter the
Personal Code in order to
transmit documents.
Registers the ID required
for using Polling Recep-
tion and Memory Lock.
Registers the type of line
(Tone or Pulse) you are
connected to.
Allows you to specify the
code used to access an
outside line when dialing.
You can send all messages
currently stored in memo-
ry to another fax and have
them printed out there.
Allows you to switch on
RDS (Remote Diagnostic
system) to a service repre-
sentative can test your fax
machine remotely from a
service station, diagnose
the problem, and can
change your machine set-
tings to correct the prob-
lem.
