Select a word-processing application file type, such as MacWrite
II, in the Format pop-up menu and save the file with a new name.

Click Save.

Choose Close in the File menu or use the Command-W keyboard
shortcut to close each window.

Opening a Graphic in Image Assistant

You can work with Caere's full 24-bit image editing application, Image
Assistant directly from OmniPage Pro.
Open Image Assistant
If your Macintosh has enough memory, you can open Image Assistant
directly from OmniPage Pro. Choose Start Image Assistant in the process
menu to launch the program.
Image Assistant requires approximately 4MB of additional free RAM to
run. If you do not have enough memory, the following dialog box appears.
Quit OmniPage Pro and open the Image Assistant folder in the OmniPage
Pro Folder. Double-click the Image Assistant icon to launch the program.
Choose the Scanner Settings

Choose Scanner... in the Setup menu.
The Scanner dialog box opens.

Select your scanner model in the list.

If your scanner does not appear in the list, choose the ISIS scanner
listing.

Select the correct SCSI ID number for your scanner if necessary.
