Choose Clear to permanently delete selected text or graphics in the text
window or a selected zone in the image window.
To clear a zone from the image window:
1
Click in the zone to select it; handles will appear.
You can only select a manually drawn zone.
2
Choose Clear.
Only the zone's borders are deleted; the image itself remains
the same
Cleared text or zones are not stored on the Clipboard, so you cannot
paste them. You can retrieve cleared zones by immediately choosing
Undo from the Edit menu.

recognized page in the text window. This command is available only
when the text window is active.
To deselect a selected page, click anywhere within it.

window. Only the selection boxes are cleared, not the image areas
themselves.
Choose Clear Markers to clear all the color highlighting for reject, suspect,
and language analyst words in the current page.
Once cleared, Markers cannot be retrieved.
Choose Show Markers to show markers on all pages in the editor.
