Creating and Managing Reports

You can use ZENworks Configuration Management to create report definitions and manage the
reports.

3.1 Creating Custom Report Definitions

1 In the ZENworks Control Center, click Reports.
2 In the ZENworks Reporting Server Reporting panel, click ZENworks Reporting Server
InfoView to launch the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView.
3 In the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView panel, click New > Web Intelligence Document.
NOTE: The Desktop Intelligence Document, Analytic, and Corporate Dashboard options are
not supported.
4 In the Universe pane, click the universe, then navigate to the universe object on which you
want to create a report, and drag the object to the right pane.
5 Click Run Query.
6 Save the report.

3.2 Managing Reports

You can modify, schedule, or delete reports. You can also view the previous instance or the latest
instance of the reports.
1 In the ZENworks Control Center, click Reports.
2 In the ZENworks Reporting Server Reporting panel, click ZENworks Reporting Server
InfoView to launch the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView.
3 View or modify the reports as necessary.
