CD also include an auto detect software which can tell you which hardware is installed, and
which DRIVERS needed so that your system can function properly. We call this auto detect
software MAGIC INSTALL.
MAGIC INSTALL supports WINDOWS 95/98/98SE/NT4.0/2000
Insert CD into your CD-ROM drive and the MAGIC INSTALL Menu should appear as below.
If the menu does not appear, double-click MY COMPUTER / double-click CD-ROM drive or
click START / click RUN / type X:\SETUP.EXE (assuming X is your CD-ROM drive).
From MAGIC INSTALL MENU you may make 10 selections:
1. INF
2. IDE
3. VGA
4. SOUND
5. LAN
6. PC-HEALTH
7. PC-CILLIN
8. MAGIC BIOS
9. DIRECTX8
10. BROWSE CD
11. EXIT
Each selection is illustrated as below:

install INTEL 815 chipset system driver
After you have completed the installation of your operation system (WINDOWS 95/98/ 98SE).
You will find an UNKNOWN DEVICE in the device manager (START/SETTING/
CONTROL PANEL/SYSTEM/DEVICE MANAGER). You have to install INF driver as
shown below:
install INTEL 815 chipset system driver
install Intel Ultra ATA Storage driver
install on-board VGA driver
install AC97 sound driver and the program for editing/playback
install RT8100 LAN Controller driver
installs SMART GUARDIAN software for hardware monitoring device
install PC-CILLIN 2000 anti-virus program
install BIOS Live Update Utility
install Microsoft DirectX 8.0 driver
to browse the contents of the CD
to exit from MAGIC INSTALL menu
