To verify a ColdFusion data source:
1. Open the ColdFusion Administrator
2. Under Data Sources, select Verify Data Sources.
You see a list of all the ColdFusion data sources on the server.
3. To verify all the data sources listed on the page, click Verify All.
The word "Verified" appears next to each data source that ColdFusion successfully
verified and the word "Failed" appears next to each data source that ColdFusion
could not verify.
4. To verify an individual data source, click its name.
ColdFusion displays a message that tells you whether or not the data source was
successfully verified.
Note
If ColdFusion is unable to verify a data source, you might find it useful to
run a CFQUERY against the failed data source to get more detailed
information about the problem.
