Phase 1 : descaling
1. Check that your appliance is switched off and has cooled down. Fill the tank with water and
then add the descaling product (never the other way round) according to the manufacturer's
instructions on the packet. Place a fairly wide container (e.g. small bowl) under the extractor
head and the pipe. Remove the filter holder.
