8. LED Indicators

The LED indicators above the drive bays and the front LED indicate
drive status and activity. This section describes the behavior of the
LED indicators.
Front LED Color

5big Backup Server State
✦ Disk(s) not added to Storage Hard Drives
✦ Server has not been configured
Disk(s) added to Storage Hard Drive(s)
Occurs as the 5big Backup Server is booting. The blinking will cease once
the 5big Backup Server is fully initialized.
Hardware failure or Disk 1 (Windows Home Server operating system) is
non-functional or missing. Make certain the disk is inserted properly and
reboot the system. Contact Technical Support if the problem persists.
One or more disk(s) failure. Files may be lost if they were not duplicated
(see 3.2. Shared Folders).
The 5big Backup Server does not recognize the disk. Make certain the disk
is inserted properly. If the problem continues, replace it with another drive.
5big Backup Server is booting in Recovery mode from a USB drive.
