Tools Required:
Die Grinder with Cut-off Wheel or Jigsaw
1/8"Drill Bit
Drill
Pop Rivet Gun
File or Sand Paper
Read and understand instructions before attempting installation
Step 2.
Test fit the billet insert behind the opening of the grille shell. Be sure the billet is centered and flush against the
opening. Then mark where the vertical dowels meet the plastic grille shell on top and bottom. Drill a 1/8" hole in
the plastic shell aligned with the vertical bars in the billet insert. Now rivet the billet insert to the grille shell.
Step 4.
Re-install the grille shell back on the vehicle, close the hood, the job is finished.

30 Bar Billet Insert
Step 1.
Remove grille shell from the vehicle (this requires removal of the 4 pc. corner
lights also). Cut out the chrome (or black) plastic ring out of the grille opening.
Make your cut at the parting line as shown by the arrow in the diagram. Sand or
file the edge around the opening smooth.
