Tools Required:
Phillip Screw Driver
Drill & 1/8" Drill Bit
Die Grinder w/ cut-off Wheel
Sandpaper or Files
Read and understand instructions before attempting installation
Step 1.
Remove grille shell from vehicle.
03-06 GMC SIERRA (ALL)
Billet Insert
Step2
Cut the center cross bars out of the grille shell. Make your cut at the
end of each bar (pictured left). File the cuts smooth so there are no
rough edges.
Step3
Note the four tabs welded to the back of the billet insert. From the
front of the grille shell, center the billet in the opening. Drill a 1/8"
hole into the grille at each tab. Now fasten the insert using the #8
screws and flat nuts.
Step4
Re-install the complete grille assembly back on the vehicle.
