Phillip Screw Driver

Read and understand instructions before attempting installation
a) If the vehicle is equipped with a chrome bumper, the lower mounting tabs will align
with two holes on top of the bumper. Use two bolts, washers and nuts to secure the lower
mounts mounting tabs. The remaining L brackets are not needed. Install a u-nut on the upper
C bracket. Now attach the upper mounting tabs using the 6-32 screws, nuts and washers.
b) If the vehicle is equipped with a painted bumper, attach the longer end of the 4"
extension brackets to the lower mounting tabs. The short 1" ends of the brackets align with
factory holes in the core support. Use the remaining hardware to secure the extension
brackets to the core support. Install a u-nut on the upper C bracket. Now attach the upper
mounting tabs using the 6-32 screws, nuts and washers.
1 PC BILLET GRILLE
Hardware / Parts Included:
1 Billet Insert (22 Bars)
6 ¼-20 x ¾ Bolts
6 ¼-20 Nuts
6 ¼ Flat & Lock Washers
Step 1
This billet insert replaces the factory grille shell. Remove the
factory grille shell. Use a small slotted screwdriver to remove the
plastic clips that secure the shell in place. Once the grille is
removed, test fit the billet into the opening. Attach the two C
brackets aligned with upper factory mounting holes in the core
support; use the ¼-20 bolts, nuts and washers (shown left). It
may be necessary to slightly bend the brackets by hand so they
align correctly.
Step 2
Tighten all of the hardware. Slowly close the hood and
check the clearance between the hood and billet insert.
If the clearance is too tight, loosen the hardware and
adjust the mounting brackets. Re-center the billet and
tighten the hardware.
