1. What can I do if there is no video output from one of the four HDMI output ports?
Check if the corresponding input source has been switched to the corresponding output port.
Check your HDMI cables, or use new cables.
Try restarting the matrix switch to check if it helps.
Check if your display device supports HDCP.
Try connecting the source to the display device directly, without using the matrix switch. Then check if there is any
video output.
2. What can I do if I can't set "Dolby Vision" as HDMI output format?
Try connecting the source to the display device directly, without using the matrix switch. Then check if you can set "Dolby
Vision".
Log in to the matrix switch's web interface, and set the input's EDID mode to copy the corresponding output's EDID.
3. What can I do if there is no audio output from one of the S/PDIF output ports?
Check if the corresponding HDMI output port is outpu ing sound. If not, you need to check if there is any sound transmit-
ted from the input source.
If there is sound from the HDMI output port, try se ing the corresponding input source's audio format to PCM or DD 5.1.
4. What can I do if the IR remote controller is not working?
Check if the ba ery has run out of power.
Check if the ba ery is installed correctly and on the right position.
When you use the remote controller, it needs to be directly facing the IR receiving window on the front panel of the matrix
switch, or directly facing the head of IR receiver cable connected to matrix.
5. What can I do if RS232 command can't be sent?
Check if the connection method of the RS232 cable between the matrix switch and the control PC/system is correct. It
should be "TX-RX, RX-TX, GND-GND".
Ensure you set the correct parameters for the RS232 port. You can refer to the API command guide on our site.
Check if you can add the terminators "CR" and "LF" in the command sender.
Try restarting the matrix switch to check if you can receive restarting feedback from the device. In this way, you can check
if the RS232 se ings are correct.
Ensure you have typed the correct command.
6. What can I do if I can't access the web interface?
Try obtaining the correct IP address of the matrix switch via your router or software tool.
Modify your PC's firewall se ings to allow the browser to access the matrix switch's IP address.
If the correct IP address cannot be obtained, try restoring the matrix switch to factory se ings through RS232
commands, then try logging in again.
