Basisplatte Label Sicherheitsvorrichtungen der Presse Die SCHULZE Swing Press/Swing Duo Press ist mit verschiedenen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ausgestattet, um eine sichere Anwendung zu gewährleisten. Hauptsicherung B 16A Im Fall einer Überlastung schützt sie die Pressen vor Schäden. Wird die Sicherung betätigt, muss sie wieder angeschaltet werden. Die Anleitung für die Aktivierung der Sicherung befindet sich in Kapitel 4.3.

    Sicherheitsvorkehrungen am Arbeitsplatz Aufstellung und Montage der Presse Die Montage und Aufstellung der Presse muss unter Aufsicht einer befugten Person stattfinden. Aufgrund des hohen Gewichts der Maschine muss die Montage von zwei oder mehr Personen durchgeführt werden. Die Presse muss auf einer flachen, feuerbeständigen Ebene aufgestellt werden, in einem Raum mit konstanter Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit.

    Hinweise für den Transport Die SCHULZE Swing Press/Swing Duo Press wird für den Transport in einem Karton verpackt und auf einer Palette befestigt. Prüfen Sie gleich nach dem Erhalt der Presse, ob die Verpackung im ordnungsgemäßen Zustand ist und ob die Presse nicht beschädigt ist. Wenn Sie die Presse zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt versenden müssen, bitten wir Sie die Presse genauso einzupacken.

    Arbeiten mit der Presse Montage der Platten 3.1.1 Basisplatten Zuerst muss man die Basisplatte auf die Presse montieren. Die zwei QR-Verbindungsstücke (quick release) werden mit der Presse mitgeliefert (Foto 1). Montage der Basisplatten 1.     Programmierung der Elektronik Nach dem Einschalten der Presse, zeigt das Touch-Display die Einstellungen des ausgewählten Programms und die aktuelle Temperatur der Heizplatte an. Drücken Sie das Feld mit der aktuellen Temperatur und Zeit, um die Einstellungen zu ändern (Foto 1). Nach der Änderung der Einstellungen, speichern Sie die neue Parameter (Foto 2).

    Wartung und Austausch von Teilen Tägliche Wartung Die Arbeitsoberflächen der Heizplatte und der Basisplatte müssen sauber gehalten werden. Die Heizplatte können Sie mit einem sauberen, trockenen Tuch reinigen. Vermeiden Sie den direkten Kontakt mit der Heizplatte – Verbrennungsgefahr! Silikongummi können Sie mit einem weichen Tuch und mildem Haushaltsreiniger reinigen.

    Austausch der Silikonmatte Beim Austausch der Silikonmatte müssen Sie die Presse ausschalten, den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen und abwarten, bis die Presse abgekühlt ist. Für den Austausch brauchen Sie eine neue Silikonmatte, Silikonkleber, Messer, Aceton und eine Zahnkelle zum Auftragen von dem Kleber.

    Einstellung des Elektromagneten Der Elektromagnet hat die Funktion, während des Pressevorganges den Druckhebel geschlossen zu halten. Sobald die Zeit abgelaufen ist, öffnet die Presse automatisch. Der Elektromagnet wird vom Werk eingestellt. Sollte der Druckhebel beim Schließen der Presse mit großen Anpressdruck nicht unten bleiben, müssen Sie die Einstellung neu justieren.

    19. Base plate Label Safety arrangements of the heat press Die SCHULZE Swing Press/Swing Duo Press is equipped with different safety arrangements, to make a safe usage possible. Main fuse B 16A The main fuse is situated in the upper, pivoting part of the press. In case of overcharge, the main fuse prevents the heat press from getting damaged.

    Safety arrangements at the workplace Set-up and installation Set-up and installation of the device has to be done under supervision of an authorized person. Depending on the weight of the heat press, the installation has to be done by 2 or more persons. The press should be situated on the flat, non-inflammable surface, in a room with constant temperature and constant moisture.

    Power supply voltage The SCHULZE Swing Press/Swing Duo Press has to be connected to a voltage of 230 VAC / 50Hz. The press is equipped with a power cord with plug. Make sure that the power socket is in the right condition and that the grounding is connected to the power outlet. Caution: The device can only be connected to an installation equipped with a residual current and electric shock protection.

    Programming of the electronic devices After switching on the press, the display shows settings of the chosen programm and the current temperature of the heat plate. Touch the field with the current temperature and time to change the settings (image 1). Touch the icon to save the settings (image 2). In the machine it is possible to save 9 different programms.

With this function, it is possible to read the precise pressure setting that is set on the press (Swing Press and Swing Duo Press). The scale ranges from 0 to 10. 0 means no pressure. 10 indicates the maximum pressure setting.

    Maintenance and replacement of parts Daily maintenance The surface of the base plate and heat plate needs to be clean all the time. The heat plate has to be cleaned with a clean and dry cloth. Do not touch the heat plate- danger of burns. Clean the silicon foam with a soft cloth. Use mild household cleaners. It is not allowed to use solvents or naphtha.     Adjustment of the electromagnet The electromagnet holds the pressing arm and the heating plate down while pressing, and releases it when the pressing time is over. It is adjusted at the factory.
