    Operation Keep the packing nut/wet-cup (104) filled with Graco Throat Seal Liquid (TSL) or compatible solvent, to help prolong the packing life. Adjust the packing nut weekly so it is just tight enough to prevent leakage; do not overtighten. See Fig. 3. Always follow the Pressure Relief Procedure Warning on page 6 before adjust- ing the packing nut.

    Troubleshooting NOTE: Check all possible problems and solutions before disassembling pump. Problem Cause Solution Pump fails to operate. Restricted line or inadequate air supply. Clear; increase air supply. Insufficient air pressure; closed or Open; clean (be sure to use air filter). clogged air valves, etc.
