Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
Control Switch Installation
Overview
Note: Carefully remove contents
from shipping packing and identify
the control switch. Proceed to
"Control Switch with Bracket
Installation" or "Control Switch
without Bracket Installation"
instructions below based on the
control switch provided with your
table.
Control Switch with Bracket
Installation
1. Mount the bracket to the front
underside of the tabletop using two
#8 x / " Phillips pan head wood

screws, at the pre-drilled mounting
holes (Figure 1).
2. Align the mounting slot at the top of
the control switch with the
down-facing spades end of the
control switch bracket. Insert
the spades of the bracket into
the mounting slot until a snap is
heard, signifying the control switch
is secured to the bracket at the
underside of the tabletop
(Figure 1 & Detail A).
3. Proceed to "Control Box Installation"
instructions below.
Control Switch without Bracket
Installation
1. Mount the control switch to the front
underside of the tabletop using two
#10 x / " Phillips pan head wood

screws, at the pre-drilled mounting
holes (Detail B).
2. Proceed to "Control Box Installation"
instructions below.
Control Box Installation
1. Mount the control box to the
underside of the tabletop using two
#10 x 2" Phillips pan head screws,
at the pre-drilled mounting holes
(Figures 1 & 2).
