Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

Seat Cushion Replacement

1. Place chair upside down onto a soft,
protective surface (Figure 1).
2. To expose the seat screws, partially
remove the fabric veil with either a
staple puller, or cut it all away by
using a utility knife. Use a staple
puller if the veil will be stapled back
on after seat cushion replacement,
or use a utility knife if the veil will be
removed and discarded (Figure 1).
3. Using the appropriate socket size,
remove the four seat cushion hex
screws and washers (Figure 1).
4. Next, rotate the chair back onto its
legs and the seat cushion can be
lifted away from the chair (Figure 2).
5. To install the new cushion, set it
down onto the chair with the screw
holes facing the chair frame. Then,
rotate the chair back upside down
and soft protective surface (Figure 2).
6. Align the chair and cushion screw
holes and re-install the hex screws
and washers previously removed in
Figure 1.
7. If the fabric veil is to be re-installed,
stretch the fabric and use a staple
gun to do so.
