Issue summary The HDP5000e printer driver may experience an error when the HID OMNIKEY 5127CK Mini card reader module is installed. This issue occurs due to a conflict with the OMNIKEY driver. In some cases, the system defaults to using the standard Microsoft driver for the OMNIKEY reader because the OMNIKEY driver is not recognized as compatible hardware.
4. Choose Browse my computer for drivers. 5. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer. 6. If HID Global is not visible, clear the Show compatible hardware box. 7. Select HID Global and then HID OMNIKEY 5127CK from the list.
