(1) #DD30 30" high Double Door

(1) #F22W4 2'x2' pre-drilled wheeled floor

(4) #CWC Caster Wheel Clips

(8) #FDC Fold Down Clips (Pre-installed)

Assembly Procedure

1.) Unpack contents of shipping carton and compare to inventory list above.

2.) Assemble the wheels onto the #F22W4 pre-drilled floor. Follow the 'F22W4 Assembly Instructions' enclosed.

3.) Unfold the assembled #130 Panels and #DD30 Double Door. Position them into a square and connect the installed (3)

#200 Panel Clips to the adjoining panel frame. Make sure the #200 Panel Clip's open to the "inside" of the pet crate.

Page 2 4.) Place the Roverpet pet crate over the #F22W4 Floor. The pet crate will rest on the outside of the #F22W4 Floor frame. Position the pet crate over the floor so the #DD30 Double Door is located over the Locking Casters.
Page 3 9.) Place the #124C Panel (TOP) Lid on top of the pet crate and snap (6) #200 clips to the #130 Panels. Place (2) #200 clips just to the inside of the door opening area at the top of the #DD30 Double Door. Congratulations, you are now ready to use your Roverpet #30DD2U Two Unit pet crate!
