Assembly Checklist

Read through the instructions carefully before you begin.

Identify and lay out all of the components before you begin assembly.

Make sure you have all the required tools. Never use power tools unless instructed.

Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws until the item is fully assembled.

Useful Information

  • Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or hardware if used incorrectly.
  • The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting components back to front.
  • Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
  • Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
  • Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
  • Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for product care instructions.

Assembly

  1. You will need

    Attach 16 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Legs (P7, P8, P9, P10).

  2. You will need

    This is how a cam nut works
    The head of the cam bolt goes into the open mouth of the cam nut. You then turn the cam nut so it tightens over the bolt.

    Insert 12 x Small Dowels (H2) into the holes of Side Panels (P2, P3). Insert 16 x Cam Nuts (H4) into the holes of Side Panels (P2, P3). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Attach Legs (P7, P9) to Left Side Panel (P2) and Legs (P8, P10) to Right Side Panel (P3).
    Tighten the cam nuts using a Phillips head screwdriver.

    Note: Please do not mix up Side Panel (P2) with Side Panel (P3).
  3. You will need

    Attach 5 x CL Runner Tracks (H6) to Left Side Panel (P2) with 15 x Small Screws (H5).

  4. You will need

    Attach 5 x CR Runner Tracks (H7) to Right Side Panel (P3) with 15 x Small Screws (H5).

  5. You will need

    Attach 8 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Side Panels (P2, P3) and Legs (P7, P8, P9, P10). Hammer 4 x Plastic Glides (H17) on Legs (P7, P8, P9, P10) as shown.

  6. You will need

    Insert 4 x Small Dowels (H2) into Left Side Panel (P2) and Legs (P7, P9). Insert 4 x Cam Nuts (H4) into the holes of Rails (P4, P5, P6). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Attach Rails (P4, P5, P6) to the left frame, then tighten the cam nuts using a Phillips head screwdriver.

  7. You will need

    Insert 4 x Small Dowels (H2) into Right Side Panel (P3) and Legs (P8, P10). Insert 4 x Cam Nuts (H4) into the holes of Rails (P4, P5, P6). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Push the right frame into place, then tighten the cam nuts using a Phillips head screwdriver.

  8. Slide Back Panel (P11) into the grooves of Legs (P9, P10) and Rail (P6).

  9. You will need

    Use 2 x Small Screws (H5) to fix Back Panel (P11) onto Rail (P4).
    Tighten the screws with a Phillips head screwdriver.

  10. You will need


    With assistance, carefully lift the tallboy to an upright position. Insert 4 x Dowels (H1) into Legs (P7, P8, P9, P10) as shown.

    Insert 4 x Small Dowels (H2) into Side Panels (P2, P3) as shown.

    Attach 6 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Top Panel (P1) as shown.

  13. You will need

    Insert 6 x Cam Nuts (H4) into the holes of Side Panels (P2, P3) and Legs (P7, P8, P9, P10). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts.
    Attach Top Panel (P1) into place, and then tighten the cam nuts.

  14. You will need

    Make sure Wedge (H15) is facing to the bottom of Top Panel (P1).

    Secure Back Panel (P11) in place with 4 x Wedges (H15) using 4 x Screws (H16). Tighten the screws with a Phillips head screwdriver.

  15. You will need

    Screw 5 x Small Cam Bolts (H10) into Drawer Front (P12) with a Phillips head screwdriver.

  16. You will need

    Insert 1 x Small Dowel (H2) into Drawer Front (P12) as shown.
    Insert 5 x Small Cam Nuts (H11) into the holes of Drawer Sides (P13, P14) and Drawer Support (P17). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts. Align the holes together, secure Drawer Sides (P13, P14) and Drawer Support (P17) into place, tighten the cam nuts using a Phillips head screwdriver.

  17. Slide Drawer Base (P15) into the grooves in Drawer Sides (P13, P14).

  18. You will need

    Attach Drawer Back (P16) to Drawer Sides (P13, P14) and Drawer Support (P17) with 6 x Long Screws (H12), make sure that the groove lines up the whole way around the drawer. Tighten Screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.

  19. You will need

    Attach 1 x DL Runner (H8) to the bottom of Left Drawer Side (P13) and 1 x DR Runner (H9) to the bottom of Right Drawer Side (P14) with 4 x Small Screws (H5). Tighten Screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.

  20. You will need

    Attach 2 x Handles (H13) to Drawer Front (P12) with 4 x Handle Screws (H14). Tighten Handle Screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.
    Assembly - Step 20
  21. Repeat Step 15 to Step 20 to assemble the other 4 drawers.
  22. Put the drawers into the tallboy.

  23. You will need

    Use Screw (H19) and Washer (H20) to attach Safety Strap (H18) securely on Top Panel (P1) as shown.

  24. You will need

    Screw and Wall Plug are not provided. Please use appropriate fixtures for your wall.
    Move the tallboy to the final position, and attach the safety strap to the wall securely. Make sure it is firmly attached and snug fit.

Preventing furniture tip-over accidents


ENSURE THE WALL STRAP IS ATTACHED TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY.
To avoid any serious or fatal injury, this product has been supplied with a wall strap to prevent toppling. We strongly recommend that this product is permanently fixed to the wall or other suitable surface. Connecting attachments for your wall are not included since different surface materials require different attachments. Please seek professional advice if you are in doubt of what wall connections to use.
Recommended weight capacity: 80kg

Children have died from furniture tipover.

  • ALWAYS secure this furniture with an anchor device.
  • NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
  • NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
  • Place heavy items down low.
    NEVER put a TV on this furniture

Wall anchoring guide

For plasterboard
(with available wood stud)
Securing method:
Self drilling plasterboard anchor.

For plasterboard
(with available wood stud)
Securing method:
Screw inserted directly into stud.

For masonry wall
Securing method:

Solid wall: Plug with screw
Hollow wall: Spring toggle
