Více informací naleznete v tištěných návodech, které obdržíte k zakoupeným akumulátorům nebo k nabíječce. Akumulátory s nabíječkou  zakoupíte u autorizovaných prodejců EGO, nebo VARI-EGO. Aktuální prodejce lze dohledat na internetu.  Vždy používejte dva akumulátory stejné kapacity! Nikdy nekombinujte akumulátory s různými kapacitami!  Používejte pouze originální akumulátory a nabíječky. Skutečné otáčky disku bez zatížení se započítanými ztrátami v řemenovém převodu. Plošný výkon stroje závisí na druhu sečeného porostu a zvolené rychlosti. Řídící jednotka motoru může dočasně snížit otáčky motoru pod tuto nastavenou úroveň pokud vyhodnotí, že není stroj v záběru.

Obr. 22 Ze sáčku vyndejte poutko (látkové) a připevněte ho z levé strany na levý kryt pomocí šroubového spojení  F  dle   > 7 .  Matici s podložkou umístěte na opačnou stranu krytu než je vlastní poutko. Šroubové spojení  F  dotáhněte tak, aby šlo s poutkem  volně pohybovat.   • Page 15 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.4.2.2.2 P ŘEPRAVA AKUMULÁTORU  Chraňte akumulátor před přímým slunečním zářením. Nenechávejte akumulátor ležet ve vozidle.  Na akumulátor se vztahují zákonné předpisy pro nebezpečné zboží. Při přepravě v rámci podnikatelské činnosti se musí  dodržovat zvláštní požadavky a musí se dodržovat všechny aplikované místní a národní zákony. ▪ Poškozený nebo vadný akumulátor skladujte a přepravujte vždy tak, aby při vzniku kouře nebo vznícení nemohlo dojít k ohrožení  osob a vzniku věcných škod. ▪ Akumulátor přepravujte v elektricky nevodivém obalu nebo v elektricky nevodivém přepravním pouzdru. ▪ Přepravní pouzdro nebo akumulátor v nevodivém obalu zajistěte proti pohybu tak, aby při přepravě nedocházelo k pohybu. 1.4.2.3 O VLÁDÁNÍ MOTORU A JEHO SPUŠTĚNÍ Obr. 2 Motor je vybaven tlačítkem  ON/OFF   ...
  • Page 16 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.4.2.3.4 S PUŠTĚNÍ MOTORU Před spuštěním motoru nastavte volič otáček motoru   na  Obr. 2  na režim ECO nebo TURBO. Prostudujte kapitolu 1.4.2.3.6 Volič otáček motoru.  Motor lze spustit, pouze pokud kontrolní  v tlačítku na Obr. 11 svítí zeleně! LED   ON/OFF   Obr. 2 Před spuštěním motoru nesmí být ani jedna páčka zmáčknutá.   • Page 18 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.4.3.2.1 P ROBLÉMY PŘI SEČENÍ Pokud   diagnostika   motoru   zaznamená   přetěžování   motoru   vlivem   hustého,   podehnilého   nebo   příliš   prorostlého   porostu,   dojde   k  automatickému zastavení motoru. V takovém případě se strojem z porostu ručně vycouvejte a zkuste dané místo posekat z jiného směru.  Stroj nikdy nezvedejte za řídítka tak aby se pojezdová kola ocitla nad zemí. ...
  • Page 19 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.4.4.2 M ONTÁŽ SEKACÍHO DISKU A KRYTŮ  Stroj   musí   stát   na   pevné   podložce   a   musí   být   zajištěn   tak,   abyste   měli   dobrý   přístup   ke   všem   částem   stroje   a   nedošlo   k  neočekávanému samovolnému pohybu stroje.
  • Page 20 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.5.2 M AZÁNÍ STROJE  Při práci s mazivy dodržujte základní pravidla hygieny a dodržujte předpisy a zákony o ochraně životního prostředí.  Pokud nejste dostatečně manuálně zručný, svěřte tuto činnost odbornému servisu. K   zajištění   bezproblémového   a   snadného   pohybu   všech   mechanických   částí   je   zapotřebí   věnovat   mazání   dostatečnou   pozornost.  Většinou postačí několik kapek oleje (např. olej pro jízdní kola). Převodová skříň je již z výroby naplněna dostatečným množstvím oleje, ...
  • Page 21 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.5.4.1 S EŘÍZENÍ NAPÍNACÍCH KLADEK  Pokud nejste dostatečně manuálně zručný, svěřte tuto činnost odbornému servisu. Obr. 32 K bodu 1.5.4 a) :  Dle   povolte plastovou matici   a horní kryt převodovky   vyklopte vzhůru a odložte. Nyní jsou vidět oba  Obr. 29 řemeny   a  ) zajišťující pojezd stroje vpřed. Pokuste se znovu o překonání terénní nerovnosti a vizuálně kontrolujte, u kterého  řemene dochází k prokluzu. Pokud dochází k prokluzu řemene na pravé straně stroje, dopněte ho vyšroubováním šroubu    na koncovce  bowdenu  ve směru šipky (směrem od rámu) přibližně o 1 mm a zopakujte kontrolu dle 1.5.4 a). Pokračujte s dopínáním tak  dlouho, až je podmínka a) splněna a zároveň se stroj nedá do pohybu vpřed při puštěné páčce spojky pojezdu. Pokud již nelze ...

  • Page 23 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX. 1.5.8 S KLADOVÁNÍ Před delším skladováním (např. po sezóně) očistěte stroj od veškerých nečistot a rostlinných zbytků. Zamezte nepovolaným osobám  v přístupu ke stroji. Chraňte stroj proti povětrnostním vlivům, ale nepoužívejte neprodyšné ochrany kvůli možnosti zvýšené koroze pod ní.  Zkontrolujte neporušenost pracovních nožů, nabruste břity nožů (v případě poškození je vyměňte).  Vyjměte všechny akumulátory z motoru. Zvláště doporučujeme:  akumulátory uskladnit dle pokynů v návodu na akumulátory,  nakonzervovat nože na žacím disku,  odstranit ze stroje všechny nečistoty a zbytky rostlin,  opravit poškozená místa na barvených dílech,  Tabulky 13 provést posezónní namazání stroje dle   zkontrolovat tlak v pneumatikách a pneumatiky nahustit na hodnotu MAX. 1.5.8.1 S KLADOVÁNÍ AKUMULÁTORU Akumulátory skladujte odděleně od stroje, abyste zabránili neoprávněnému spuštění stroje. Více se o skladování dozvíte v příslušném  návodu k používání akumulátoru.  Neskladujte poškozené nebo vadné akumulátory. Mohou se samovolně vznítit a způsobit životu nebezpečná poranění...

  • Page 35 BDR-620DE Lucina MaX.  Gripping points   serve for comfortable lifting of the assembled machine by two persons; in this situation,  each of the two persons lifts approximately the same weight. The first person grabs the machine with his/her left hand in  the spot   by the rectangular tube in the motor panel , and with his/her right hand in the spot   by the frame tube on  under the bolt. The other person on the right side of the machine garsps the machine with his/her right hand in in the  spot   by the rectangular tube in the panel of the motor and with his/her left hand in the spot   by the frame tube  under the bolt.  The gripping points  are used to comfortably lift the assembled machine by two persons at once; the first  person, in the gripping point  C , lifts higher weight of the machine than the person in the gripping point  . The first  person grasps, with his/her both hands, the machine in the point   by the frame tube and the second person on the  opposite side of the machine grasps the machine with one hand at the point   by the loop on the disc cover.  The gripping point  can be used when unpacking the machine from the box as well as in the case that no  work tool is attached onto the machine (e.g. the disc). Table We do not recommend utilizing the maximum working width (   ) allowed by the disc design. The operator cannot lead the  machine in the terrain sufficiently straight and accurately to cut the growth over the disc’s full working width. We recommend guiding the   machine, when mowing, partially (approximately 5-10 cm from the front cover edge) through the already cut growth (marked by the arrow  Fig. on     from the operator’s view). 2.4.3.2 G ROWTH UTTING ETHOD  Prior to mowing, carefully check the area that you wish to mow. If the cutting edges are worn or blades are damaged, causing machine vibrations, the cutting edges should be restored or the blades   replaced Note:   In the case of any unprofessional repair of the blades using other than original parts, the manufacturer is not liable for any   damages on the machine or caused by your machine. The blade is embossed with a sign that indicates the manufacturer and is a check  mark that the blade is an original spare part.  The machine must be placed on a hard horizontal surface and must be secured so that there is good access to the blade and machine would not start moving unexpectedly.

Lösen Sie die Kunststoffmutter   auf    , die obere Getriebeabdeckung   klappen Sie in der Pfeilrichtung nach oben  und ziehen Sie die Abdeckung schräg nach hinten. Ziehen Sie den Splint    heraus und durch das Drücken auf die Abdeckung  4   an der Stelle des Splints    in der Mitte des  hinteren Teils des Rahmens lösen Sie die untere Abdeckung des Getriebes    aus dem Vorsprung. Die Abdeckung löst sich,  springt aus dem Vorsprung und fällt durch das Eigengewicht auf den Boden. Nehmen Sie den Keilriemen von der Riemenscheibe auf der Achse in Richtung zum linken Rad. Nehmen Sie anschließend den  Keilriemen von der Riemenscheibe am Getriebe in Richtung zum rechten Rad. Abb. Wählen Sie die erwünschte Geschwindigkeit gemäß     oder     versehen. Setzen Sie den Keilriemen in die Keilnut in  der Riemenscheibe auf der Achse, die der gewählten Übersetzung entspricht. Kontrollieren Sie visuell und mit der Hand, ob der  Riemen korrekt in der Nut der gewählten Riemenscheibe sitzt. Setzen Sie den Keilriemen in die Nut in der dem gewählten Gang entsprechenden Riemenscheibe im Getriebe ein. Überprüfen  Sie, ob der Riemen in den richtigen Riemenscheiben entsprechend der gewählten Übersetzung sitzt.
