- Page 3 STEP 1: Invert Top (D) onto a clean, soft, level surface then place Base (E) onto Top with plates facing down. Align holes in plates with T-nuts imbedded in Top. STEP 2: Attach Base (E) to Top (D) by inserting an Allen Bolt (A) with Washer (B) into each hole and firmly tightening using Allen Wrench (C).
