OVERVIEW

MIXING

SELECT SIGNAL SOURCE	Select CHANNEL C, press PROCESSING H. Press Fn E for Signal Source.
ADJUST INPUT LEVELS	Select CHANNEL C, adjust PREAMP GAIN knob A.
NAME A CHANNEL	Select CHANNEL C, press PROCESSING H. Press top left hand corner of screen for name.
ADD GATE, COMP or EQ	Select CHANNEL C, press PROCESSING H. Then press GATE, PEQ or COMP E on screen and adjust parameters to taste either on screen or dedicated KNOBS & BUTTONS A.
USING PRESETS	Select CHANNEL C, press PROCESSING H. Then WHILE in GATE, PEQ or COMP, press Fn (Library) E, then select the Preset and scope you'll be loading (Effect/Channel), then RECALL.
MUTE A CHANNEL	Press MUTE B on any channel you wish to mute.
SET A MUTE GROUP	Select CHANNEL C, then press ROUTING H. Press MUTE/DCA GROUP ASSIGN and Fn (MUTE/DCA) E. Press MUTE GROUP ASSIGN, select the Mute Group you want to work on, then assign the channels you want to include in that group.
SET UP DCAs	Select CHANNEL C, then press ROUTING H. Press MUTE/DCA GROUP ASSIGN and Fn (MUTE/DCA) E. Press DCA GROUP ASSIGN, select the DCA Group you want to work on, then assign the channels you want to include in that DCA.
COPY & PASTE	Hold down COPY F and press SELECT C on the channel you want to copy. Then hold down PASTE F and press SELECT C on the channel you want to paste to.

EFFECTS

SELECTING EFFECTS	Press the FX button I. Select any one of the 4 Effects Slots on the left hand side of the screen. Adjust Parameters to taste and/or use Fn (LIBRARY) E to load presets.
ADDING EFFECTS	Select FX 1-4 I, then bring up individual FADERS to add the selected effect to that Channel.
CHECKING EFFECT RETURNS	Select UPPER LAYER D. Confirm the FX Sends 1-4 and FX Returns are at 0dB.

MONITORS

MONITOR SEND LEVELS	Select MIX 1-10 J, then bring up individual FADERS to add those channels to that selected Monitor Mix.
"ME" PERSONAL MIXERS	Connect "ME" Personal Mixer to your Qu via network. Follow instructions that came with your Personal Mixer to assign a Single Source, Stereo Pair or a Group to each button.
TALKBACK FUNCTION	Select SETUP H, then AUDIO>TALKBACK on screen. Set which MIXs you wish to talk to. Press TALK G to talk to a Mix.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NO SOUND MAIN SPEAKERS	Is Main Fader up? Is it MUTED? Are MAIN L/R OUTS on the rear panel connected to your speakers?
NO SOUND FROM CHANNEL	Is Channel Fader up? Is it MUTED? Is the Preamp set to the correct Source?
NO SOUND "ME" MIXER	Is "ME" Mixer connected? Receiving power (locally or through S-LINK)? Is the Master Level up? Are the Buttons being fed the correct Single Source, Stereo Pair or Group?
NO SOUND MONITORS	If you use regular monitors (floor wedges or in ears fed by Aux Mixes) Is the Mix Master turned up? (Press MIX SELECT and adjust the Faders/Master) Are the floor wedges or in ear transmitters connected to the Mix output on the rear panel?
NO EFFECTS	Is the EFFECTS SEND MASTER turned up? (Press FX 1-4 and adjust the Faders/Master.) Are the EFFECTS RETURNS turned up? (Select UPPER LAYER D to find FX1-4RTNs. Confirm they are at 0dB.)

MISCELLANEOUS

STORING ENTIRE CONSOLE	Place USB KEY in front panel. In SETUP>USB DATA>SHOWS, select STORE NEW to save to USB Key.
LOADING ENTIRE CONSOLE	Place USB KEY in front panel. In SETUP>USB DATA>SHOW, select the show you want to recall under USB Shows and press RECALL to recall from USB Key.
FACTORY RESET	While holding SETUP H and RESET F, power up the unit. You may release the buttons when you see the main screen.
