Assembly Attaching the Support Tube to the Chaise Lounger Place the chaise lounger (A) upside down. Attach the support tube (G) to the chaise lounger (A) using M6X15 combination bolts (AA). Once all of the bolts are in place, fully tighten the bolts using the hex wrench (CC). Attaching the Post to the Chaise Lounger Attach the Posts (B) to the chaise lounger (A) using M6X15 combination bolts (AA) as shown below. -

Assembly (continued) Attaching The Top Bar To The Post Attach the top bar (C2) to the posts (B) using M6X15 combination bolts (AA) as shown below. Do not tighten the bolts at this step. Attaching The Side Top Bar To The Post Attach the side top bar (C1) to the posts (B) using M6X15 combination bolts (AA) as shown below. -

Assembly (continued) Attaching the Guide Tube to the Post Attach the guide tubes (E) to the posts (B) using M6X25 bolts (BB) as shown below. Do not tighten the bolts at this step. NOTE: In total we have three shade rods. Two are on the width side and one is on the length side. Be sure the guide tubes assembled in the same side of the post. -

Assembly (continued) Attaching the Shade Rod to the Connecting Part Rotating the end of the shade rod (D2) with wheel gear in anticlockwise direction and pinch the pin in. Insert the other end of the shade rod (D2) with pearl chain to the connecting part 1 (H1). Attach the end of shade rod (D2) with wheel gear to the connecting part 2 (H2) by rotating the wheel gear in clockwise direction and make sure the pin pops up through the hole of connecting part 2 (H2). - Page 9 Assembly (continued) Attaching the Canopy to the Top Bar, Attaching the Shade Rod to the Guide Tube Attach the canopy (F) to the top bar (C1&C2) using M6X15 combination bolts (AA). Insert the bottom side of the share rod (D1&D2) to the guide tube (E). Once all of the bolts are in place, fully tighten the bolts using the hex wrench (CC).

Care Care and Cleaning For best results, clean the frame and fabric with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. This will help prevent mildew by removing dirt particles that may accumulate.
