- Page 5 6. For shelter frames that do not have anchor weight holes at all shown locations, follow steps 7 through 9. Tools Needed: Electric or Cordless Drill w/ 1/8” or 3/16” Right Side View and 1/2” Drill Bit 7. At locations shown, drill 1/8” or 3/16” pilot hole through one side and then the other side of left and right posts.
