ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 10B6201 POST BRACE REPLACEMENT FOR 2B3906 FUSION GOAL 1. These instructions are to be used only if retrofitting an existing goal. For new goal assemblies refer to goal assembly instructions included with new goal. 2. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage has occurred, notify trucking company immediately.

4. Detach net strap from the eyebolts in the backstays and remove all the net clips from goal as shown. 5. Remove front wheel assemblies as shown. 6. Remove post braces and discard. Remove remaining hardware holding bases to right and left post corners. With minimum of two people, slide post corners off of bases and lay assembled post and crossbar on ground as shown. Left or Right Post 3/8"...

9. With a minimum of two people, lift assembled posts and crossbar and slide post corner back onto bases. Make sure connection of post corners and bases are in place completely and connect with hardware. 3/8" Flat Washer 3/8" Lock Washer Post 3/8"...

12. Attach anchor plate to front of each base. Attach chain leashes to all four anchor plates. Note: Wheels are not shown in diagrams below for detail clarity. Do not remove wheels. 3/8" x 7/8" Hex Bolt Anchor 3/8" Lock Washer Plate 3/8"...

14. The ground anchor and chain leash system supplied is the recommended and the safest method of anchoring your goal. However, counterbalance weight may be used as a temporary anchoring system. To ensure counterbalance weight remains on the base of your goal you must attach chain leash assembly as shown in figure below.

15. A minimum of 240 lbs. must be placed on the furthest part of the bases for the goal to be stabilized. Make sure that strap or chain of counterbalance weights are secured to each base by the chain leash assembly as shown.

16. After installing, test as described below to verify effectiveness of anchor system. If applicable, allow concrete to fully cure before testing. ANCHOR TEST 1. Clear all persons from a minimum 50 foot radius surrounding the goal. 2. Verify goal is attached to anchors according to instruction. 3.

17. Attach net strap to the eyebolts in the backstays as shown. Pull net strap tight as shown. (NOTE: Do not over tighten net strap. Over tightening may damage goal.) Excess strap can be trimmed to length. Leave 12” to 18”...
