ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2B9007 EVOLUTION PRIME GOAL
1. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage has occurred,
notify Kwik Goal immediately. Lay out all parts. Remove all cardboard and packaging immediately. Wet or
damp packaging may damage contents.
2. Read through entire instruction before beginning assembly and installation.
NOTE: Components may be packaged in one or more additional boxes.
Parts
This goal has been designed to be used for the game of soccer only. Goal posts must be anchored AT ALL TIMES
and shall be secured against overturning. Do not climb on the net or goal framework at any time! All fastenings
must be checked to insure they are fully tightened before and after each use of this product. Goal posts not in use
must be disassembled and properly stored in a safe, secure area (See included Guidelines for Movable Soccer Goal
Safety.). Assembled goal posts should not be left unattended. Remove nets when goals are not in use. Do not use
this equipment during the threat of high winds. Goal posts should be checked for safety before and after each use.
All warning and safety labels included with this product must be visible at all times.
Any modifications to this or any Kwik Goal product will void any and all warranties.

Note direction of decals on crossbar before fastening. Place a 3/8” square nut in each side of the crossbar and both posts before inserting channel spacer.
  • Page 7 6. Attach left base and right base to bottom bar using channel spacers and 3/8” hardware. Note direction of decals on bottom bar before fastening. Be sure connections are pressed firmly together before tightening hex bolts. 7. Insert four 3/8” square nuts into the left base and four into the right base. Secure square nuts in bases by threading a 3/8”...

  • Page 9 9. Using the 3/8” square nuts, attach each backdrop to goal frame with 3/8” hardware shown, then attach backdrop brace with hardware shown. Fasten 5/16” X 1” eye bolts with 5/16” washer to backdrops at location shown. Right Backdrop Bottom Bar 5/16"...
  • Page 10 10. Turn goal onto its bases and secure backdrop to bases using the two 3/8” square nuts closest to the corner with 3/8” hardware as shown. Remove 3/8 X 1” hex bolt used to temporarily secure square nuts to base. Left Post Bottom Bar Left Base...
  • Page 11 11. Replace the chain on the “chain w/ snap link & anchor plate” with the 18-1/2” long chain. Chain w/ Snap Link & Anchor Plate Chain 18-1/2” Replace with 12. With the two 3/8” square nuts in the left and right bases, attach chain leashes with 3/8” hardware at locations shown.

  • Page 13 14. After concrete has fully cured, attach chain leashes to ground anchors. Be sure to apply a liberal amount of anti-seize on bolt threads before installing into anchors. With goal leashed to all four anchors, test in accordance with step 16. Assembled 1/2"...
  • Page 14 15. The ground anchor and chain leash system supplied is the recommended and the safest method of anchoring your goal. However, counterbalance weight may be used as a temporary anchoring system. A minimum of 240 lbs. must be placed on the back bottom bar for the goal to be stabilized. Test anchoring in accordance with step 16.
