    Disassembly Fig. 6 Outlet housing Outlet housing 1 Unscrew bolt connector (10) and coupling nut (9) assembly from plunger rod (5) (→ Fig. 6). 2 Unscrew bushing nut (8) from outlet body (11). 3 Remove v-packing set (7) from bushing nut (8). 4 Remove six wave washers (6), two flat washers (12) and O-ring (13) from outlet body (11).

    Pump tube disassembly Fig. 8 Pump tube In most cases, pump tube repair involves priming check and plunger (17), bushing and plunger (1) or plunger rod (5). Repair procedure in part requires removing adapter tube (23) and priming tube adapter (22) from pump tube (25). In these cases, leave pump tube (25) attached to outlet body (11).
