Disassembly Fig. 6 Outlet housing Outlet housing 1 Unscrew bolt connector (10) and coupling nut (9) assembly from plunger rod (5) (→ Fig. 6). 2 Unscrew bushing nut (8) from outlet body (11). 3 Remove v-packing set (7) from bushing nut (8). 4 Remove six wave washers (6), two flat washers (12) and O-ring (13) from outlet body (11). -

Repair procedure in part requires removing adapter tube (23) and priming tube adapter (22) from pump tube (25). In these cases, leave pump tube (25) attached to outlet body (11). -
