TROUBLESHOOTING
Error
The power indicator is off
The fan does not spin
The warning light is on
The welding machine does
not work
The output current has
decreased
The current cannot be
regulated
The frequency cannot be
regulated
Argon arc welding is
interrupted or
the tungsten electrode was
burned
The welding machine torch
is overheating
Cause
1. No electricity
2. The connection to the
welding machine is not
established
1. The fan is switched off
2. Housing is blocking the fan
3. The fan does not work
1. Overheating (yellow light)
2. Electricity overload (green
light)
1. Power protection switched
on
2. The welding machine is
defective
1. The input voltage is too low
2. The input line is too weak
1. The connection with the
potentiometer is interrupted
2. The potentiometer for
regulation does not work
1. Fault at the switch
2. The high frequency
discharge interval is too high
3. Excessive distance between
torch and workpiece, high
frequency generator does not
work properly
1. The argon flow is not well
regulated
2. Tungsten electrode is
defective
3. The current value does not
match the diameter of the
tungsten electrode
4. Too short the end gas time
1. Use water cooling
2. The argon flow is too low

INSTRUCTION MANUAL
TIG 200DI ACDC Welding machine
Solution
1. Check the input current
2. Replace the fuse
1. Turn the fan on again
2. Eliminate the defect on the
housing
3. Replace or reset the fan
1. Wait a few minutes for the
welder to cool down
2. Incorrect input voltage or
machine failure
1. Overload due to usage
2. Service at the manufacturer
or service centre
1. It is necessary to use a
higher input voltage
2. A more suitable electrical
line is required
1. Reconnect the
potentiometer
2. Replace the potentiometer
1. Change the switch
2. Adjust the discharge interval
to 0.8-1.0mm
3. Approach the workpiece
with the tungsten electrode
4. Replace the high frequency
generator
1. Correctly regulate the argon
flow
2. Replace or grind the
electrode
3. Select the electrode with the
correct diameter
4. Extend the end gas time
1. Use water cooling
2. Increase the argon flow
