1. HERSTELLER GEWÄHRLEISTUNG IPO Technik-Handels GmbH gewährt allen Kunden eine Garantie für sämtliche Schweißgeräte und/oder Plasmaschneider, die unmittelbar von IPO Technik-Handels GmbH der Marke IPOTOOLS erworben wurden. Für alle Geräte gilt eine 2-jährige gesetzliche Gewährleistung ab dem Rechnungsdatum unter der unten angegebenen Garantiebedienungen und sofern sie nicht auf falsche oder unsorgfältige Handhabung... - Page 27 2.1. Sachlicher Geltungsbereich Die siebenjährige Garantie gilt nur für elektronische Schweißgeräte und Plasmaschneider der Marke IPOTOOLS, die ab dem 29.04.2021 durch IPO Technik-Handels GmbH ausgeliefert wurden. Die Garantie gilt nicht für Geräte, die als B-Ware bzw. als gebrauchte Geräte verkauft wurden.
