    1. Switching the terminal on and off To switch ON the PAX terminal please press and hold a button on the right side of the terminal and wait for it to load. Then, wait for an Integra App to start.

    Template Sale process 4. Preauth If available in the Main Menu, you can authorize to reserve funds from the cardholder’s account for a future payment. This will mimic the Sale, but the funds will be blocked instead of debited. These are the steps to do a Preauth: Preauth process In order to run the completion, or charge the cardholder with the Preauth, use the TransRef number to retrieve the Preauth.
  • Page 9 Template This number can be found on the Preauth receipt. Use option 4 Transaction Inquiry in the Main Menu to retrieve the Preauth. Firstly, you would need to enter the Reference number. The cardholder will enter the Tip amount that will be automatically added to Sale amount. 6.
