    1. The awning must be installed by 2 or more people. 2. Before installation, please check whether there are reinforcing ribs at the position of the vehicle body used to fix the installation bracket, and whether there are obstacles such as water, electricity, and other lines at the drilling position (Figure C3).
  • Page 8 3.2 Take the support arm, use it mark the hole position at a suitable position on the outside of the vehicle (Figure C6), and drill a Φ5 installation hole on the vehicle body (Figure C7).     4. Usage method: After the above installation of the awning is completed, check the appearance and ensure that the screws in the above parts are securely fastened. 4.1Open the awning 4.1.1 Open the safety lock located in the middle of the support rods on both sides (press and pull, Figure D1), and loosen the tension rod screw (Figure D2).

  • Page 17 4.2Closing Awning Ground support Closing: (sequential operation starting from 4.2.1), vehicle support closing (sequential operation starting from 4.2.2): 4.2.1 Recovery of Ground Support Status First, rotate the support rod inward and swing it back, then clamp the fixed shaft on the foot of the support arm into the slot of the lower installation bracket, and switch it to the vehicle support state.

    TROUBLE SHOOTING Every awning undergoes are strictly debugged and tested before leaving the factory to achieve the best condition. However, after a period of use, there may be some abnormalities. Please handle them according to the following situations. 1. Weak winding of the awning scroll: Check if the torsion spring of the scroll is releasing force.
