If the barbecue is damaged during transport, do not assemble the barbecue before contacting your dealer or support@fccbbq.com. Transport damage to parts, varnish or enamel must be reported to the dealer or FCC BBQ before mounting and using the barbecue. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during assembly.

A S S E M B L Y 3.1s Place a piece of cardboard (e.g the grill carton) on the floor to prevent scratching the unit and parts during assembly. Turn bottom panel of cabinet (19) upside down, and attach castors (22) with a wrench.

A S S E M B L Y Fix rear panel (18) to the bottom and side panels using 4xscrew B Loosen the preassembled screws in front of the cart and slide on the triangiular support brackets (21), then tighten the screws.

A S S E M B L Y 3.1s Attach the cart front beam (16) to the side panels with 4x screw A. NOTE! TWO PERSONS IS RECOMMENDED WHEN LIFTING THE STOVE BODY Fix the thermometer (2) to the lid using the washer and wingnut.

A S S E M B L Y Secure the firebox assembly with 4x screw B. Screw in all the screws before tightening!

A S S E M B L Y 3.1s Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the left side of the firebox. Align the side table to the screws and slide it on. Then thighten the screws.

A S S E M B L Y Secure side tables by fixing 2x screw B wit 2x washer D from the insixe of the firebox.

A S S E M B L Y 3.1s Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the right side of the firebox. Align the side table to the screws and slide it on. Then thighten the screws. 2 xD Secure right side table with 2x screw B and 2x washer D from the inside of the firebox.

A S S E M B L Y Loosen the screws on sideburner. Slide the burner unit on the bracket and tighten the screws. Then attach it to the side burner table. Remember to attach the sideburner lighting wire .

A S S E M B L Y 3.1s The gas connection bracket and hose is attached behind the control panel with a cable tie. Cut the cable tie carefully with a scissor. Fix the bracket wit gas intake to the side panel using 1x screw A.

A S S E M B L Y Enter 2x hinge pins C into the bottom plate. To install the doors, align the hole under the door to the hinge on bottom panel. The hinge on top is spring-loaded. Press it up and align the hole on top of the door so the hinge snap into the hole.

A S S E M B L Y 3.1s Fix the grease cup holder to the drip tray with 2x screw A. Then slide the grease onto the cup holder. Insert the assembeled drip tray into the grill body on the rear side of the barbecue.

A S S E M B L Y Align the flame tamers on the grooves inside the firebox. Insert the cast iron grills. Place the warming rack. Add a regulator and hose (sold separately). Do not use the bbq while the gas cylinder is inside the cabinet.

L I G H T I N G I N S T R U C T I O N S LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS Set all control knobs to off. Open the lid. The lid must always be open when lighting the barbecue. Open the gas valve of the gas cylinder.
