Even though butane and propane gas can be used, we recommend propane for use in the Nordic MODEL NO.K2113JDF Region.

    If the barbecue is damaged during transport, do not assemble the barbecue before contacting your dealer or support@fccbbq.com. Transport damage to parts, varnish or enamel must be reported to the dealer or FCC BBQ before mounting and using the barbecue. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during assembly.

    A S S E M B L Y Place a piece o cardboard from the box to avoid scratches. Turn bottom panel of cabinet part 15 upside down, and push castors parts 16 in place. Thread the wheel axis part 14 through the holes in the bottom plate pat 15. Put the wheels part 18 each end of the axis and secure them with R-Clip C.
  • Page 11 A S S E M B L Y Fix the legs parts 20 to the bottom plate using 8x screw B. Fix the cart beam part 20 to the top of the legs with 8x screw A.
  • Page 12 A S S E M B L Y Fix the lower front panel part 13 to the legs using 4x screw B. Fix the upper front panel part 11 to the legs and lower panel using 6x screw B.
  • Page 13 A S S E M B L Y Fix the cart support parts 12 to the rear of the trolley with 4x screw B. Fix the thermometer (2) to the lid using the washer and wingnut. Push the knobs for main burners part 21 onto the control panel.
  • Page 14 A S S E M B L Y Secure the firebox assembly with 4x screw B. Screw in all the screws before tightening!
  • Page 15 A S S E M B L Y Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the left side of the firebox. Align the side table to the screws and slide it on. Then thighten the screws.
  • Page 16 A S S E M B L Y Secure side tables by fixing 2x screw B wit 2x washer D from the inside of the firebox.
  • Page 17 A S S E M B L Y Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the right side of the firebox. Align the side table to the screws and slide it on. Then thighten the screws. Secure side tables by fixing 2x screw B wit 2x washer D from the inside of the firebox.
  • Page 18 A S S E M B L Y Fix the grease cup holder part 8 to the drip tray part 9 with 2x screw A. Then slide the grease cup onto the cup holder. Insert the assembled drip tray into the firebox on the rear side of the bbq.
  • Page 19 A S S E M B L Y The gas connection bracket and hose is attached behind the control panel with a cable tie, please cut the cable tie carefully with a scissor. Fix the bracket wit gas intake to front panel using 1x screw A.
  • Page 20 A S S E M B L Y Align the flame tamers on the grooves inside the firebox. Insert the cast iron grills. Place the warming rack.
  • Page 21 A S S E M B L Y Add a regulator and hose (sold separately). Do not use the barbecue while the gas cylinder is inside the cabinet. Perform a leak test before using the grill. Read more about how to perform a leak test on next page.

    FIXED INSTALLATIONS AND YOUR BARBECUE. If detected leakage cannot be rectified, do not attempt to cure leakage but consult your dealer or FCC BBQ Products support at support@fccbbq.com for help in solving the problem. ● LEAK TEST MUST BE DONE REGULARLY AND EVERY TIME THE GAS CYLINDER, REGULATOR OR HOSE IS REPLACED.

    L I G H T I N G I N S T R U C T I O N S LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS The lid must be open when lighting the burner. Do not stand with your face directly over the gas grill when lighting it.
