MU – CAREXIA – V2 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 – BATTERY (OPTIONAL) The battery housing is equipped with its own charger. The battery should be kept in temperate environment for twelve hours before its first use. Then, charge the battery for twelve hours by connecting it to an AC power supply outlet. -

MU – CAREXIA – V2 2.7 ARMRESTS Ergonomic polyurethane backward-collapsible armrests 2.7.1 To raise or lower the armrests, simply lift them up or push them down manually. Adjusting the distance between the armrests: For greater patient comfort, the distance between the armrests can be adjusted. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION 3.1 –INTRODUCTION Regular, proper cleaning guarantees the service life of the apparatus (cf. cleaning schedule established as soon as the apparatus is put into service, with designated reference staff specified). Failure to carry out cleaning operations may lead to risk of infection due to the presence of secretions and/or residue on the chair. -

Non-standard use of this chair may result in accidents suffered by the user or even irreversible deterioration of the chair. The following list of non-standard uses of the chair is not an exhaustive one. BMB MEDICAL relies on users to apply common sense. -

MU – CAREXIA – V2 Storage 4.3.2 Whenever the chair is in storage, make sure that: the brakes are locked the chair is covered the chair is located in a cool, dry room (temperature: between +10°C and +40°C). While the chair is in storage, no heavy weight should be placed on top of it. The chair should not be treated as a support structure for any type of equipment. -
