  • Page 4 (4)Installation instruction: Step 1: Remove your original front bumper. Step 2: Assemble the wings & the main body with the Hex Bolt (M12*30), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (D12*30*2), Hex Nut (M12).
  • Page 5 Step 3: Install the bull bar into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M8*20), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8*20*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Step 4: Install the iron mesh into the bumper with the Plastic Hand Knobs (M8).
  • Page 6 Step 5: This step is not necessery. If you are use the winch control box, place install the bracket with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8*20*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Step 6: Install the winch bracket into the vehicle frame .
  • Page 7 Step 7: Install the license plate bracket into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8*20*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
  • Page 8 Step 8: Place the bumper into the car frame and tighten up the Hex Bolt (M12*30), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12*30*2), Hex Nut (M12). The same operation for the other side.
