Remove the disconnect cover by placing a finger
on the cannula housing and gently squeezing the
sides of the cover. Pull the cover straight out of the
cannula housing.

Remove the protective cap from the site connector
by gently squeezing the sides of the site connector
and then pulling the protective cap off.

Hold the infusion set with the needle pointing
down. Prime the infusion set according to the pump
manufacturer's instructions for use until insulin
dispenses from the needle. Ensure there are no air
bubbles in the tubing.
Caution
Never fill the tubing while the infusion set is connected to
your body.

To connect the site connector to the cannula
housing, place a finger on the cannula housing while
pushing the site connector straight in until you hear
a "click".
