  • Page 3 Day of the week ( ) – Indicates what day of the week it is. Each day is assigned a number. Temperature – AURATON Libra R displays the temperature of the room in which it is installed in normal operation mode.
  • Page 4 Choosing the right location for AURATON Libra R The correct operation of AURATON Libra R is largely influenced by its location. Using the device in a place with no air circulation or a place with direct sunlight may result in incorrect temperature control.

    AURATON Libra R to possible vibrations may also cause problems with proper operation of the device. Battery replacement The battery compartment is located inside AURATON Libra R in the front of the casing. To install the batteries, remove the casing of AURATON Libra R as shown in the figure below: IMPORTANT: We recommend using alkaline batteries to power AURATON thermostats.

    Factory programs In order for AURATON Libra R to know when to turn on the day and night temperatures, you should be set to an appropriate program for each day of the week. For this purpose, you can use one of the three factory programs (from 0 to 2): Program no.

  • Page 26 AURATON Fornax. Wires can be routed from the bottom of AURATON Fornax after holes are punched in the mounting plug or from the back of AURATON Fornax if the wires are pulled out of the wall. To connect from the back, break the plug.

    Master reset of AURATON Libra R MASTER RESET is performed by pressing and holding the button and at the same time installing the batteries. This causes AURATON Libra R to return to its factory settings. IMPORTANT: All user-defined programs will be removed! Configuration settings...
  • Page 34 Heating mode/air-conditioning mode AURATON Libra R can work in two modes: Heating mode (preset) – set it if you want AURATON Libra R to cooperate with heating devices. Air-conditioning mode – set it if you want AURATON Libra R to cooperate with air-conditioning devices.
