Shimadzu SPD-M30A Quick Manual

CBM-20A(lite) and SPD-M20A/ SPD-M30A
SSThis guide describes how to connect the CBM-20A(lite)
and the SPD-M20A/ SPD-M30A to the network and make
the settings to enable control from PC.
Prepare LAN cable, a hub, and PC in order to make
communication setting for CBM-20A(lite) and SPD-M20A/
SPD-M30A that are at the state of shipment.
Make the settings with the following procedure.
■ PC settings
IP address setting
Subnet mask setting
■ Internet Explorer setting
Amount of disk space to use
Adding CBM-20A(lite) to local intranet zone
Adding SPD-M20A to local intranet zone
Adding SPD-M30A to local intranet zone
"Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" setting
"Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting" setting
"Active scripting" setting
"Access data sources across domains" setting
"File download" setting
Bypassing proxy server
"Display a notification about every script error" setting
"Print background colors and images " setting
