Mounting Headrest to Hardware Multi Axis or Link Hardware To install Multi Axis or Link Hardware to the headrest: Place the 1” ball into the designated socket in the rear of the headrest. Place the split ring around the 1” ball. Insert the three socket head screws (B) through the ring and into the threaded holes in the rear of the headrest. -

Mounting Headrest to Hardware Link Hardware There are three points of angle adjustment on the link hardware. To adjust angles (D): Lightly loosen the flat head screws. Set desired angles and re�ghten screws. Flip Down Hardware To use the flip down function (with link hardware/offset link hardware): Pull down on the red sleeve or press on the bu�on (metric) (E), the hardware will flip down. -

Mounting Headrest to Hardware Standard Straight Hardware The standard straight hardware* offers fore/aft adjustment. To adjust: Lightly loosen the socket head screws (F). Set to desired posi�on and re�ghten screws. NOTICE All headrests, aside from their standard adjustability, also offers height adjustment via the seat back mount. -

First Time Use Dealer Assistance During first time use by the client, it is advised that the dealer or service technician assists and explains the configuration to the customer (the user and/or the attendant). If needed, the dealer can make final adjustments. WARNING The Tri Comfort Headrest should only be prescribed and fitted by qualified health care professionals. -
